Getting your cash back

How it's paid
Credited to the principal card account UOB credits the cash back to the principal cardmember's card account within 60 days after the calendar month ends, including cash back earned on supplementary cards. It shows on the monthly statement.
Which month counts
The calendar month The RM1,000 minimum and the caps count from the 1st to the last day of the month, by the date you made each purchase, not the date it posts.
When you lose it
Card cancelled or converted, or account overdue You lose cash back not yet credited if the card is cancelled or switched to another UOB card, the account becomes delinquent, suspended or terminated, or you break the terms. Cash back on refunded or cancelled purchases is taken back.
