How it's paid: You redeem it for a card credit It is not credited by itself. Redeem it on the SC 360° Rewards site, RM1 or more, and the cash reaches your card account within 5 working days.
Which month counts: The calendar month Worked out on the month's spend and added within 60 days after the month ends. A reversal comes off that month's total.
When you lose it: Not redeemed by the cancellation date Redeem it before the points cancellation date on your monthly statement. SC can refuse or take back cash back on a refunded, disputed or unauthorised purchase.
