Getting your cash back

How it's paid
Not published by Public Islamic Bank Public Islamic Bank does not publish how or when it credits the cash back. It says only that cash back on the principal and supplementary cards is paid out together.
Which month counts
Your monthly statement cycle Online and overseas share one RM15 cap per monthly statement cycle. Public Islamic Bank does not say whether a purchase counts by the date you made it or the date it posts.
When you lose it
Card cancelled, suspended or restricted by the bank If the bank cancels, suspends or restricts the card, for example after missed payments, the cardmember agreement says all card benefits are cancelled or suspended at once. The bank has no rule written for the cash back itself.
