Getting your cash back

How it's paid
On the 1st of each month Maybank credits the cash back to the principal card's account on the 1st of every month, including cash back from supplementary card spend. Under RM1.00, nothing is paid.
Which month counts
The calendar month it posts in Spend and the RM35 caps count per calendar month. A purchase made at the end of one month but posted in the next counts in the next month (for example, made 30 April, posted 1 May: counts in May).
When you lose it
If you close the card Closing the card account forfeits any cash back not yet credited. Maybank credits it on the 1st, and on that day the card must be active and in good standing. If the account is overdue, closed, under investigation or in dispute, Maybank can withhold or cancel the cash back. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, its cash back is reversed too.
