Getting your cash back

How it's paid
Credited to your card account the next month Cash back is rounded to the nearest RM and credited to your card the next month, against your balance. Under RM1,000 spend, a month's cash back must reach RM1 to be paid.
Which month counts
The calendar month, by posting date The RM1,000 minimum, the rates and the caps count transactions posted in the same calendar month. The weekday or weekend rate follows the date you made the purchase.
When you lose it
A reversed purchase, or an account not in good standing A reversed or cancelled purchase loses its cash back, whenever it was posted. If the account is overdue, closed or in breach, or after fraud or bankruptcy, you lose eligibility.
