Getting your cash back

How it's paid
Statement credit, next month Each month's cash rebate is rounded down to the whole ringgit and credited to your card account on the next month's statement. It pays the yearly facility charges first, then your purchases.
Which month counts
Your statement month The level, the two RM50 caps and the cash rebate are counted per statement cycle, up to the statement date. The level uses your statement balance, which counts any balance carried forward and subtracts payments made before the statement date.
When you lose it
Missed minimum payment Miss the minimum payment by the due date and that month's cash rebate is not credited on the next statement. A reversed transaction takes back its cash rebate, and the bank can cancel cash rebate on a disputed or fraudulent one.
